Employee training programmes and instruction
Employee skills are the foundation of every manufacturing company’s competitiveness. The association supports its members in training both specialists and managers by providing practical courses, masterclasses, workplace-based programmes, and digital skills development. The training areas include production management, automation, quality systems, occupational safety, and green technologies. In cooperation with vocational education centres, universities, and technology partners, substantial and flexible development paths are created.​

The association also offers in-company training consultancy and helps to develop company-specific training solutions. The programmes are aimed both at new employees and at experienced professionals who wish to update their skills. Continuous learning is seen as the key to the sustainability and growth of industry, and the association is there to support this.​
